This poster is a supporting visual aid for any Kaizen Event and will be a cornerstone to our Kaizen Workshop Solution. The poster is built from the methodology of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing and provides direction to shop floor or office led improvement projects. It encompasses the fundamental philosophy behind Kaizen while reminding participants of the importance of teamwork.
The poster allows the participants to agree to a structure of working together, a common improvement language, once the group commits to these principles then any conflict or resistance to change can be directed to the rules of improvement rather than the facilitator or another participant - this poster directs the natural resistance to change to the principles of improvement. Use this poster during your workshops and around your company to make change more enjoyable for all involved.
The poster is available with a UV Film Coating to protect against dust and grime, fading due to light exposure, and oil from finger marks. We encourage our customers to protect their posters with this product. As well, to display the poster without damage, we offer a set of poster hangers and rails for each poster.
