Labels for everything.™
Need safety signs for your dangerous equipment? How about arc flash labels? And labels for your tool drawers? Done, done, and done.
Create the signage you need with full control of the design, on demand. No more generic labels, no more sorting through label catalogues, and best of all, no more waiting for the labels to arrive.
Labels and signs printed with LabelTac® printers will last for years, even in tough industrial or outdoor applications.
Easy to use.
With LabelTac, you can print using a wide range of software including Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop, and many specialty label generation programs such as those used in arc flash analysis.
Just design the label on-screen to your specifications and print! What you see on the screen is exactly how it will show up on your label. Once you’re satisfied, you can even save the template to your hard drive for later use. We also include hundreds of useful label templates to get you started.
Easy on the budget.
Labels made with LabelTac® printers cost a fraction of what it costs to purchase pre-made labels or to make labels using old or outdated labeling systems.
On average, LabelTac® customers save 50-80% on their labeling costs when they choose a LabelTac® printer over another method.
Free unlimited lifetime support.
We provide free, unlimited, lifetime technical support for your LabelTac® printer. We can be reached by phone, email, or live chat. We’re here to help!

Bought this printer for 5S labeling in our new building. Received it at about 11 a.m. Set it up and used it by 11:30. Prints very clearly and my labels were exactly the size I asked for...We have spent a lot of money on labeling in the past, I anticipate cost savings with this printer.

I Bought This to Make Arc Flash Labels
Posted by Dave Kramer on 8th Oct 2012
I needed to make a TON of arc flash labels for several plants for my company, so I figured it would be easier and cheaper to buy the whole printer rather than farm it out to a printing company.
The printers always gouged us for the short runs we've given 'em in the past, and if they mess up - you could get dinged by lawsuit if something goes down. Found this printer on Creative Safety website, and they hooked us up with the LabelTac 4. We make other stuff with it, too, but it more than paid for itself for the arc flash project.
Make sure to get the die-cut label tape. I think it makes professional-looking arc flash labels like the pros sell. Kind of wished we had bought the PRO version. It's got more power, apparently.
Love this machine

This printer is just what I have needed. I have labeled just about anything that can be labeled at our factory. It is so easy to use I can design my labels in Word and it prints and cuts them to the perfect size. I have had so much fun using this machine I started designing bumper stickers for our company. Since we didn't have much of a budget to get started they let us do a rent to own program to help keep the costs down. The guys that work at Creative Safety Supply were very helpful with any tricky templates also. I am a very happy customer.
Professional Quality Sign/ Label Printer

I was in the market for something better than some of the amateur labeling machines out there. I've burned up two other brands of label makers, and I realized I use these enough to warrant a higher-end type.
I really like how I can just design my labels in Photoshop or Word. It came out as planned, and it prints wider than the low-priced machines do. I made a couple restroom signs to test it out, and they looked really good.
Plus, it doesn't burn out or even slow down!
