The LabelTac 4 Industrial Thermal Printer is the easiest way to print all of your 5S, Pipe Marking, Facility, Lean, and other labels in-house! Prints indoor/outdoor signs and labels up to 4" tall, and 40" long, that are UV, chemical, weather, water, and wear resistant, and won't fade or smear over time. These labels are perfect for use in any environment- whether it be a quiet, office-style scenario, or even the toughest industrial manufacturing facilities. These make excellent factory and warehouse labeling systems, and they can be used for many other purpose, like marketing bumper stickers, or safety signs.
We now offer a rental program for the LabelTac 4 Industrial Labeling System--- With the rental program there is no need to purchase a printer and worry long-term about things like maintenance if you only have one job to print, or only need it for a short time. Once your project is done just send back the printer- or you can even keep the LabelTac 4 and apply the rental fees towards the purchase of the printer! For more information call 1-866-777-1360 for details.
The LabelTac 4 ships with useful templates and symbols, allowing you to quickly and easily start making labels right away! Additionally making your own labels from scratch couldn't be any easier. The LabelTac 4 connects with Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, Excel, or really almost any Windows-based program, allowing you the flexibility to make labels in a program you are already familiar with! If you don't already have a word-processing program, don't worry- the printer ships with the popular and incredibly easy-to-use Bartender label creation software.
The LabelTac 4 costs only $799 for the Printer & Software, and the label prices are a fraction of the cost of pre-printed or outsourced labels.
This means a normal 2" x 8" custom printed label costs just $0.64 cents-- Considering a similar pre-printed label would typically cost you over $3.00 each... the savings are clear, and add up quickly! Plus printing them in-house means you don't have to wait, or pay for shipping fees. Built-in Ethernet means that multiple computers in your facility can conveniently print to the same LabelTac 4 printer, allowing all departments to enjoy the benefits without needing multiple printers.

Tag creators are practical regarding a lot of firm initiatives. Present day label creators tend to be variable versus clunky strain versions you could possibly keep in mind. Together with digital camera label creators, you are able to modify fonts as well as styles for the the majority of understandale as well as decorative labeling. Most of us examined user reviews to be able to hand-pick various versions which be noticeable regarding ease of use, cost involving consumables as well as freedom.

I needed to make a TON of arc flash labels for several plants for my company, so I figured it would be easier and cheaper to buy the whole printer rather than farm it out to a printing company.
The printers always gouged us for the short runs we've given 'em in the past, and if they mess up - you could get dinged by lawsuit if something goes down. Found this printer on Creative Safety website, and they hooked us up with the LabelTac 4. We make other stuff with it, too, but it more than paid for itself for the arc flash project.
Make sure to get the die-cut label tape. I think it makes professional-looking arc flash labels like the pros sell. Kind of wished we had bought the PRO version. It's got more power, apparently.
