The Ultimate Vinyl Tape Line Protection.
Our Overlaminate Tape Protection is the easiest way to protect your vinyl tape lines from damage from forklifts, pallets, and other industrial abuses. On average, protected vinyl tape lines last 5 times longer than those that are unprotected.
Our Overlaminate is made from a polyethylene film tape coated on one side with a rubber based adhesive which remains permanently tacky and bonds well to most surfaces over a wide range of temperatures, and can be used on top of any type of floor marking tape, essentially laminating it. The tough polyethylene backing offers good abrasion and tears resistance. Our tape protection not only has excellent low temperature bonding ability but it is also highly conformable, waterproof and resistant to chemicals. Once applied it's virtually transparent and looks great.
We recommend using an overlaminate that is 1" or more wider than your tape lines. For example: If you have 2" lines, we recommend a 3" Overlaminate (as pictured above). This way there is .5" bare Overlaminate on either side of the tape line which will ensure maximum durability.

I got this tape to help cover my existing lines. Did exactly what it says in the title not much else to say about it.

We had several things we needed to protect on the floor of our factory--some painted lines and some images--and we used this tape to cover them.
So far, only one section needed to be replaced, and that gets a LOT of equipment traffic, so I guess it's working well.
