Collection and Use of Personal Information
We collect personal information in order to process orders and to keep you informed about current promotions, shipping updates, etc. We collect the following personal information from you:

Billing information such as credit card number, and billing address and financial information such as bank or brokerage account numbers, types of investments are not stored by Creative Safety Supply. Instead, CSS employs Authorize.net to securely store this sensitive information. We cannot access or see your credit card number or financial information.

A bill on data privacy was recently passed in the state of California which provides California consumers certain rights when visiting a website pertaining to the collection, use, and distribution of their personal information. - To verify the identity of the consumer, we will send an email containing a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to the email associated with the account. Upon receiving the PIN, the consumer must contact us to verify the PIN. Once the PIN is verified the consumer’s identity will be verified.
