ArmorFlex™ Single Post Surface-Mount Bollards
The RG142 ArmorFlex™ Rack Shield is a heavy-duty, form-fitting upright protector designed to shield warehouse pallet rack columns from direct front and side impacts by forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks. Constructed with high-density, impact-absorbing flexible polymer compounds, the RG142 wraps securely around standard pallet rack upright profiles without reducing aisle width or requiring floor drilling.
Installation:
(Installation tool sold separately)
- Positioning: Align the Rack Shield around the front face of the vertical rack post at the desired guard height (typically flush with the floor).
- Engagement: Fit the Rack Shield tensioning tools into the rear tensioning slot on the shield assembly.
- Compression: Lever the handles backward to compress the internal polymer body around the upright flange until the integrated locking tabs engage fully.
- Verification: Inspect the seam alignment and apply firm manual pressure to verify full engagement along the length of the column.
