Free Shipping Terms & Conditions:

Free Standard Shipping offer is available for all items unless otherwise noted with a total combined purchase price of $100 or more and applies only to orders delivered to a valid address within the 48 contiguous United States via Standard UPS Ground Shipping, which averages 2-7 Business Days delivery. In some cases, at the discretion of Creative Safety Supply, orders may be shipped via a different carrier.

Free Standard Shipping offer does not apply to International Orders or deliveries to Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses*, P.O. boxes and US Territories.

Other Applicable Restrictions

  • Entire order must be shipped to a single address.
  • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer nor is the offer valid on previous purchases.
  • Offer valid only while product supplies last and is limited to manufacturer’s brand and sizes available.
  • Offer not valid on canceled or out of stock merchandise.
  • Offer applies only to products purchased from our website.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returned merchandise.

NOTE: Standard shipping rates will apply to all other orders and shipments, as well as if the product you purchase qualifies for FREE Shipping but your entire order contains one or more ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items. Manufacturer's Warranty Issues:
Every manufacturer that we represent has their own warranty specifications depending on the product. Please call us for any possible manufacturer warranty issues. We will be happy to look into the matter for you, or refer you directly to the manufacturer for resolution.

Return Policy:

  • Step 1: Call our toll free number 1-866-777-1360 within 30 days of receiving your order to receive an RMA Number. **RMA# becomes invalid after 30 days**.
  • Step 2: Package item with all packaging material and copy of your packing slip with your RMA Number.
  • Step 3: Ship package through carrier of your choice (we recommend you obtain a tracking number).

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless damaged or shipped incorrectly. A restocking fee of 20% on the amount returned.

International Orders:
We will be happy to ship an order to any international destination, however, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation. Duties and taxes not paid when you receive your order, will be billed back to you on the credit card your original order was charged to. By Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.
