Each model of LabelTac® printer has different maximum print lengths. Please visit the support page for your model and review the User Manual for more information.
Yes. The preferred format for logos or custom graphics is PNG (this format prints the best), but JPG files will also work.
Open the included LabelSuite™ software (if you haven’t installed this yet, download here), choose a template or create your own template, and add text and images. Use the library of symbols and templates to create OSHA-compliant headings, signal words, and symbols. For a step-by-step tutorial, be sure to check out this instructional video.
You can find your software version number by clicking on the Software Settings button on the main menu and navigating to the Updates tab.
Depending on the program used, this can be accomplished a few different ways. If using LabelSuite™, you can use the built-in Barcode Generator to edit/print your barcode designs. A tutorial to create barcodes in LabelSuite™ can be found here. If using Microsoft® Word, you will need to install the desired barcode fonts (Barcode Fonts Installer available here) and then change the text font to the desired barcode type. Alternatively, there are a large amount of 3rd party programs that will create and print the desired barcode labels.
LabelSuite™ software allows users to use .CSV files to set up sequenced labels. This will require that you first set up a Microsoft Excel Sheet with the desired info and the use the databasing feature with LabelSuite™ to link these two programs.
