SafetyTac® Lean Floor Marking Tape
SafetyTac® LEAN floor marking tape is made with the same durable material as standard SafetyTac®, but it has an ultra-low profile that's 40% thinner than most other industrial floor marking tapes. This means vehicles will have no problem moving over it and walking surfaces will be even. SafetyTac® LEAN features the same dual-stage tapered edges as standard SafetyTac®, so wheels and pallets won't get caught on it. It's also resistant to water and chemicals. This tape is perfect for facilities with moderate foot and vehicle traffic.
- Ultra-low profile - 17 mil (1 mil = 0.001”)
- Dual-stage tapered edges
- Reinforced clear acrylic adhesive
- Easy to apply by hand or with optional SafetyTac® applicator (ST-APPL)
- 1-year limited warranty
Dual Stage Tapered Edges
Tapered edges allow carts and pallets to easily slide over this tape. You can move objects without worrying they will catch the tape's edge.
An ultra-low profile allows you to create smooth floor markings. This tape is so thin, you'll barely notice it’s there.
SafetyTac® LEAN can withstand the tough conditions of an industrial workplace. It will hold up to traffic, wet conditions, and even chemical spills.
Easy to Install
Applying SafetyTac® LEAN to the floor is simple. Remove the backing, lay the tape on the floor, and press it down. No dry time required.
We know our industrial floor tapes are the toughest on the market, so we stand behind them. As long as they are installed and maintained properly, SafetyTac Industrial Floor Tape, SafetyTac® Lean, and SafetyTac® Hazard come with a one-year warranty. If you have a problem before your warranty period is up, we'll replace your tape for free.
We like this tape

We had been using the standard vinyl tape a lot but now we have been using SafetyTac Lean for about a year and love it. The fact that we don't need to replace this tape was the biggest reason we use it.
This is the stuff!

I have to say upfront, I usually buy the thicker SafetyTac tape, and I was a bit hesitant to get this because I was worried our guys might not want to try something different.
Although it is much thinner, it makes up for it in lower clearance. It can take delivery trucks backing up over it, and it is similar to the standard SafetyTac. I plan to keep buying the SafetyTac Lean in our areas with less traffic, and use the thicker tape in our busier areas.
